What are your opening times?

Monday to Saturday from 9.30am until 5.30pm
Sundays & Bank Holiday Mondays from 10am to 4pm

Butchery available Monday to Saturday only

 

Do you allow dogs in your Farm Shop & Café?
------------
Well behaved dogs are welcome outside and in our courtyard, however, due to hygiene reasons we do not allow them in the farm shop building. We do have a ‘Doggy seating area’ in our Woodshed which is available throughout the year and is fully under cover.

 

Do I need to book a table in Sparrow's Café?
------------
Monday to Friday – we take bookings for groups of 7 or more
Weekends – we aren't able to offer bookings
Our team aim to work quickly and efficiently to seat any waiting customers and appreciate your patience. Please phone us with any specific requirements. 

 

What time do you serve food in Sparrow's Café?

Are you wheelchair friendly?

Our Farm Shop and Café are both wheelchair accessible. We have several disabled parking bays in our front carpark and 2 disabled toilets also. If you require any assistance whilst you are visiting us, then please do not hesitate to ask.

 

When are the Electric car chargers available?
------------
Our Instavolt chargers are available 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. Access is always available from our main drive, however all facilities of the Farm Shop will be closed outside of our standard opening times.

 

How do I book in to Battlefield bird of prey centre?
------------
Access to the Battlefield bird of prey centre is through the gate at the end of the visitors centre, it is an independent business and all bookings must be made with them directly. You can do this here Experiences/Shop (bbopc.co.uk)

 

Can we visit the Church?
------------
A small group of volunteers work hard to keep the church available to the public between 10am and 4pm every day. If you are unable to get access please ask for the key from one of the till points in the Farm Shop.

 

What are the cooking instructions for the Farm Shop's ready meals?
------------
You will find these here on our website. These are a guide only, you should always check that the food is piping hot before food is eaten. Times may vary in different types of oven. These instructions are based on a 180◦c fan assisted oven or gas mark 4.
